This blood pressure monitor comes with a extra large cuff adjustable and tapered (preformed) to fits larger upper arms (16.5-23.6" / 42-60cm). The UA-789AC is also compatbile with A&D Medical UA-280A Medium Cuff (23-37 cm / 9.0-14.6") and UA-281A Large Cuff (31-45 cm / 12.2-17.7"). Sold separately.
