Black, 24VAC Electric Strike for Hollow Metal and Wood Jambs, Fail Secure. Suitable for aluminum jambs and stiles. 7100, 7101 models feature 4-7/8" faceplates, designed for Adams Rite deadlatches or cylindrical locksets with 1/2" to 5/8" latchbolt projection.
- Mode Conversion: Field-adjustable between Fail-Safe and Fail-Secure. Note: AC intermittent solenoids should not be used continuously
- Case Dimensions: Approximately 1" x 3-3/8" x 1-5/8" deep
- Strike Lip: Basic 7100 strike fits 1-3/4" thick doors. Lip extension kits available for varied door thicknesses or jamb shapes (except 7101)
- Strike Opening: 5/8" x 1-7/16" x 1/2" deep. Accepts bolts from Adams Rite 4500, 4700 (discontinued), or 4900 Deadlatches or cylindrical latches
- Faceplate Size: Measures 1-1/4" x 4-7/8"
- Voltage Options: Available in 12 or 24 volt AC and DC. DC units are silent, AC units 'buzz' on operation
