- ✔️ 300 LBS. BUOYANCY, 2LBS/CU FT DENSITY – Perfect for use with boat parts and dock floats, and is approved by the U.S. Coast Guard. It also works well for insulation, soundproofing, sound deadening, expansion gaps, and filling of voids.
- ✔️ EASY TO MIX, SHAPE, AND SAND – Simply mix parts A and B of the liquid resin component system in a 1:1 ratio, mix for 45 seconds and pour. Expansion starts in 45 seconds and is fully expanded in about 7 minutes. Additional layers can be added for strength and can easily be cut or sanded to any desired shape.
- ✔️ COMPATIBLE WITH OTHER MATERIALS – Strength and compatibility are important with a quality pour foam. Our foam is versatile and bonds well with polyester, epoxy, or vinyl ester resin coatings. It also adheres to itself so you can build multiple layers by pouring the mix in separate batches to form strong bonds between layers.
- ✔️ WATERPROOF 94% RIGID CLOSED CELL FOAM – Once the foam is cured, it helps prevent moisture absorption in marine and boat environments. The closed cell structure is also not affected by solvents, oil or gas.
- ✔️ ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE – At Fiberglass Warehouse, we care about the environment and about your health. That’s why our pour foam contains no CFC propulsion agents or other Ozone depleting chemicals. Our materials also contain relatively low VOC emissions.
